Free web-based service enables you to send recorded messages to multiple recipients by phone. Online interface includes contact manager, recordings manager, and the ability to schedule a time for message to be sent to recipients. Voice messages can be recorded over the phone, uploaded in a MP3 or WAV file via the web, or created using a provided text-to-speech tool.
